Experience deep relaxation of body, mind, heart and spirit with Yoga Nidra, the ancient yogic art of conscious relaxation. These sessions gently guide you into a state between waking and sleeping, where the body can rest deeply while the mind remains aware. Practiced for centuries, yoga nidra has been shown in studies to reduced stress and anxiety, improve sleep, enhance focus and creativity, promote emotional healing, and a greater sense of inner peace and connection.
