Join Berkeley Public Library to celebrate the legacy of Yoshiko Uchida, a prolific Japanese American children's and young adult author from the Bay Area. Learn a bit about who she was, what she wrote, and the impact of her work. Listen to a reading of her book, The Bracelet. Then, create a bracelet for yourself and a friend. Recommended ages seven and up.
