What is Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD)?
CKD is irreversible damage to the kidneys that occurs over several months or years, leading to kidney failure. Symptoms do not appear until later stages of CKD, but early detection and treatment can prevent further damage.

¿Qué Es Enfermedad renal crónica?
La enfermedad renal crónica (ERC) es un daño irreversible a los riñones que ocurre durante varios meses o años, lo que lleva a la insuficiencia renal. Los síntomas no aparecen hasta etapas posteriores de la ERC, pero la detección y el tratamiento tempranos pueden prevenir daños mayores.
