June 4th Blindspotting (2018) is a comedy-drama exploring identity, friendship, and systemic injustice in a rapidly gentrifying Oakland, California. It follows Collin, a Black ex-convict aiming to complete his last three days of probation, whose life is upended after he witnesses a fatal police shooting.

June 11th Freaky Tales 2025 is a genre-bending anthology film directed by Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck. Set in 1987 Oakland, California, the movie weaves together four interconnected stories unfolding over a single, wild night, paying homage to 80s pop culture, hip-hop, and the Bay Area.
