Drop by the Tarea Hall Pittman South Branch on Thursdays from 12–1 PM or 6–7 PM for one-on-one basic tech support from library staff.

We can help you with:

  • Creating and managing online accounts
  • Using Word, email, and other common software programs
  • Accessing Berkeley Public Library’s eBooks, streaming, and online resources
  • Printing, copying, and scanning wirelessly and from our public computers

Please note:

Library staff can guide you and answer questions but cannot complete forms, applications, or résumés on your behalf. We also do not provide legal assistance—please contact local free or low-cost legal aid services for legal help.
