Community Cafe #1 for caregivers. This workshop covers the important qualities and resources families need to support their children's well-being and manage life's challenges and stresses.
Berkeley Public Library West Branch is partnering with BANANAS (More information about this amazing agency below) to offer 3 Community Cafes. All caregivers of young children are invited, including parents and nannies.
Each Community Cafe will start off with 15 minutes of songs & storytime, followed by a workshop for caregivers.
Baby/Kid friendly snacks provided.
Songs and Storytime is geared towards babies/toddlers, but all are welcome!

The Five Protective Factors: This workshop covers the important qualities and resources families need to support their children's well-being and manage life's challenges and stresses.
Community Cafe #2 Wednesday, April 22 @10:30am:
Under Construction: Learn how to maintain household structure and why routines are vital for a child's development and school transitions. We will also discuss how routine and structure shape how adults show up for themselves and their children each day.
Community Cafe #3 Wednesday, May 20 @10:30am:
Family 2 Family (Parent 2 Parent): A space to discuss the positives and challenges of family life, how to grow from those experiences, and how to build community.
