Falling Safely Workshop @North
Thursday, September 03
4:00pm - 5:30pm
North Branch
North Branch Meeting RoomFallRight will provide an interactive workshop about learning to fall safely.
Learn practical skills to interrupt a fall, land more safely, recover efficiently, and move on with confidence through calm, structured practice with FallRight founder Marisa Pugliano.
About FallRight: FallRight workshops prepare your body before a fall ever happens. Through guided instruction and specific drills, you will learn how to regain balance when it’s disrupted and how to meet the ground safely when a fall can’t be avoided, reducing injury and building trust in yourself. Programs are small-group, thoughtfully paced, and designed to meet you where you are.
About Marisa: Marisa Pugliano is a movement educator and somatic practitioner with over two decades of experience helping people develop balance, coordination, and confidence in their bodies. Her teaching integrates principles from dance, somatic awareness, and neuro-biodynamic movement to translate the science of the nervous system into accessible, embodied learning.
