Literally How: A Life Literacy Series
Tuesday, October 06
4:00pm - 7:00pm
North Branch
North Branch Meeting RoomBring your own items or use our collection as we learn to mend and re-use clothes!
Join us for a hands-on workshop to help you get the hang of mending, altering, and upcycling your clothes!
Literally How and Creative Pop-Up Labs are collaborating on this event to make sure everyone has access to plenty of materials and tools. We welcome and encourage you sharing all your tips and tricks!
This session is built for sharing across generations. All ages and experience levels are welcome to bring their projects to work on or to make a whole new creation. We will provide basic instruction in common mending and altering techniques in the first half of the program, and the second half is an open lab to allow us to figure out our projects in community. Registration is encouraged so we bring an appropriate amount of materials.
