Enjoy an hour of Meditation guided by Jesse from the Berkeley Shambhala Center
Join us for a quiet hour of Guided Meditation led by Jesse Miller, one of the members of the Leadership Team from the Berkeley Shambhala Meditation Center.
Meditation is a natural state of the human mind—at rest, open, alert. The practice of meditation has been taught for over 2,500 years as a vehicle for realizing the beauty and magic of the ordinary world without aggression or manipulation.
With regular meditation practice, we can become more awake and develop the compassion and insight necessary to genuinely care for ourselves and for the world around us.
All are warmly welcome!
