Founded in 1974 as a not-for-profit organization, Berkeley City Ballet is the East Bay’s premiere training school for classical ballet, offering classes for dancers ages 2.5 and up.

We offer classical ballet training in a nurturing and supportive environment, where dancers not only receive top-tier ballet training, but also learn discipline, teamwork, and perseverance.
