Learn how to use Signal for secure, private messaging and understand why it’s a safer alternative to apps like WhatsApp, iMessage, and Telegram.
This workshop covers the basics of end-to-end encryption and guides participants through setting up a Signal profile, adjusting privacy settings, connecting with contacts, and creating group messages. If you don’t yet have Signal installed, arrive at 5:30pm for help getting set up during the first 30 minutes; if you already have it installed please feel free to arrive at 6pm.
