A program to help the public understand how to read their city council agenda and how to become involved in local government

Are you feeling like national politics are not accessible and that you'd like to have an impact in your own community? Have you ever felt overwhelmed by the Berkeley City Council agenda? Learning more about how our local government works and how to civically participate in community meetings is a great place to start getting more active locally.

Join us as we learn how to read the Council agenda and get involved in our local government!

Next meeting: Monday October 27th, 6:30pm at the Central Library

This group will meet in the Community Meeting Room on the 3rd floor at the Central Library, 2090 Kittredge St.
