Join instructor Sky Sandoval on the lawn of the North Branch for an introduction to the world of Tai Chi. This weekly event is open to all adults wanting to learn more about this ancient artform.
Sky has this to say about the practice: "Tai chi is an amazing low impact exercise for people of all ages. Tai chi and qi gong are great for developing balance, focus, relaxation, strength, flexibility and a calm peaceful mind. This practice not only refines the mind and body but offers principles and philosophy that can be practically applied in everyday life. These daoist principles teach students how to live in a state of balance with their surroundings and this is the true secret hidden within the art of tai chi."
Be sure to wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
In the event of rain, this program will be held in the community meeting room.
