Edgardo Cambon

A pillar of the Bay Area Salsa scene since 1986, Uruguayan singer, Conga drummer and composer Edgardo Cambón founded Edgardo & Candela, a Salsa Band based in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 36 years, making them one of the most established Salsa Orchestras in California. Better known as simply “Candela,” their trademark is high energy performance, featuring great vocals, a tight rhythm section, and the power of the horn section. The band showcases the cream of the crop of professional musicians in the Bay Area, for an incredible musical experience every time they play!
