Join Niloufar Khonsari to discuss their new book, The Future is Collective, which offers a practical and visionary guide for transforming how we lead, work, and govern together.
The Future is Collective draws from over two decades of social justice advocacy work. Through real-life stories, concrete tools, and thoughtful analysis, the book challenges harmful hierarchies and uplifts approaches rooted in care, equity, and shared responsibility. Whether you're part of a nonprofit, collective, or community group, it offers inspiration and frameworks to help shape organizations that are more sustainable and aligned with liberatory values. Join us for a discussion followed by Q/A. There will be a limited number of giveaway copies available starting October 22-- inquire at the Tarea Hall Pittman information desk.
