Make a bookmark, wall hanging or patch while learning about weaving practices throughout the world. Please call to reserve your space.

Make a bookmark, wall hanging or patch while learning about weaving practices throughout the world. Weave yourself into a story with the fabric of who we are. All materials are provided, and participants will be given a small loom and materials to continue weaving at home. This program is for all ages. Children under 7 years of age must have hands-on support from their adults. 

Please register as there are limited spots in order to best work with everyone. One child per registration. Please call 510-981-6280 to reserve your space.

Bio:
Cristina Edwards is a multiracial Filipina, multidisciplinary artist based in Oakland, CA. Her community art workshops foster community connection and environmental awareness through accessible arts programming. She hosts arts workshops all over the Bay Area (cristinaedwards.com).
