Join Oakland-based artist Derrick Shavers for a workshop focusing on sculpting with clay! 

Working in three-dimensional media, perhaps for the first time, young artists will explore hands-on methods for making inspired creations with clay.

Derrick Shavers is a local Bay Area public artist, muralist and installation artist whose work is inspired by, and meant to inspire, the communities of East Oakland. He works both with kids and the young at heart.
