Two amazing local authors, Caro De Robertis and Kate Schatz, will join us at Tarea Hall Pittman South Branch Library. This is a Pride Month event. The Palace of Eros is a gender bending and feminist retelling of the Eros and Psyche myth.
Caro De Robertis, author of The Palace of Eros and their newest book, So Many Stars: an Oral History of Trans, Nonbinary, Gender Queer, and Two-Spirit People of Color, in conversation with author Kate Schatz. The Palace of Eros is a queer and feminist retelling of the ancient Eros and Psyche myth of a deity and human who fall in love. Kate Schatz, an amazing local author in her own right, has generously agreed to interview Caro De Robertis about the themes in this book and to discuss De Robertis' newest release, So Many Stars.
