Black Parents of Berkeley Writing Circle

This event is perfect for parents looking to develop writing skills or be in community with other families of Berkeley.
Join us for an evening of writing prompts and discussion questions with a goal of creative dialog and celebration of Black parents in Berkeley.
This event will be facilitated by award winning artist Milani Pelley, a City of Berkeley Independent Art Award recipient.
There will be a breathwork session led by Danielle Benjamin.
Free food provided by local Black owned restaurant Cali Alley.
Free event open to parents and child care will be provided inside of the library courtesy of our facilitator.
