Lasting six weeks, it was a celebration of Black culture, music, fashion, and history. This music documentary features unpublished footage of performances by Nina Simone, B.B. King, Sly and the Family Stone, Stevie Wonder, and Gladys Knight & the Pips at Mount Morris Park (now Marcus Garvey Park).
