Elana is a Berkeley-based parenting coach and consultant who has been supporting parents in fostering deeper connections with their children for the past 14 years - work that she loves!
She takes a strengths-based approach to parenting, and is a big proponent of positive parenting, based on the simple yet profound notion that children do better when they feel better. (So do the rest of us!)
In this interactive conversation, Elana will explore the joys and challenges of raising children, and will use the group's real-life examples to introduce some parenting tools and strategies you can use right away. For more information about Elana, click here.
